Prepare Yourself for a Grand Tournament
Polish your arms and don your finest suit of armor, because during the Tournament Grounds anyone can battle their way to the top and forever be remembered throughout Westeros. For those of you who have been looking for an exciting new event that combines a variety of popular game mechanics, you’re in luck, because the Tournament Grounds event is here!
Rewards
To begin, hunt down strategic terrain tents on the map to gather limited Tournament Favors. With favors in hand you can head over to your Recipes Tab to get your hands on a variety of exciting rewards from extra march slots to the ability to exchange your troops for those of a higher tier. If you manage to endure the rigors of battle, you can also exchange your Tournament Favors for Tokens of Valor which can be used to attack Tournament Veterans on the combat map.
Tournament Veterans
Tournament Veterans have seen the rigours of battle and pose a much more significant challenge than other enemies. These formidable foes require both skill and cunning to topple. As Elite and Unyielding opponents, they’ll need to be hit at least 5 times to be fully defeated AND will regain health if too much time passes between strikes (twenty seconds if you’re counting).
Grand Tournament Combat Tips
- Prepare your marches to unleash a quick volley of attacks. Remember that Tournament Veterans have to be hit at least 5 times to be fully defeated.
- All successful hits yield rewards, however the final killing blow awards a significant bonus.
- Tokens of Valor will be consumed for each successful hit, or returned if you are defeated.

- Earn Points for gathering Tournament Favors and PvP at Strategic Terrain tents on the combat map
- Exchange Tournament Favors in event recipes for rewards, and the March item Token of Valor
- Earn points for defeating Tournament Veterans on the combat map
