PvP Preview

PvP will be starting out strong in the new year! Here are the upcoming events to help you get ready!

The Climb: January 1st-2nd, 22nd-23rd

The Climb is the first PvP event in January and this one is perfect for players who love to compete in Strategic Terrain events! In this event, points are earned by attacking Strategic Terrain and Seats of Power. Keep in mind that points are not earned by attacking players at Keeps.

Children of the Forest: January 6th-7th

The second PvP weekend features Children of the Forest! In this event, you’ll earn points by gathering Battlefield Salvage, engaging other players in combat at Strategic Terrain, and trading Battlefield Salvage for resources in your Recipes tab. Combat will be sure to intensify at these battle sites!

KvK – War For The Throne: January 14th-16th

KvK – War For The Throne makes its way back in January! This is a unique game mode where you can join your allegiance and secure Seats of Power at home or across the Narrow Sea to earn points and exclusive KvK Pawn Shards. Check back later this month for a list of kingdom pairings!

Lord of Light: January 28th-30th

Lord of Light will close out the month of January! In this event, any troop that would have been killed in battle will be wounded instead. Additional boosts to Medic Tent capacity and reduced healing costs will help you return to the battlefield. This event occurs in two phases:

Brighter Flames: Earn points by training up your troops and preparing for the battles to come

Longer Shadows: Earn points by defeating other players and healing your wounded troops. The fight will last all weekend long!

Dragon Showcase

We wanted to take some time to highlight the dragons we featured in December. Let’s take a look back at them!

First up is Prince Redfyre’s dragon Wightflayme from Kingdom 1125! He just turned into an adult, but his fire breath is already looking intimidating.

Trained by ÀFFLÊCK from Kingdom 828, please meet ViceAdmrlHoldo! Although doing their best, they are experienced in the art of one way missions.

If you’re interested in getting your Dragon featured in a future showcase, tweet us your submissions on Twitter @GOTConquest using the #GOTCDragon hashtag!

House Heraldry

We’re always looking for additional submissions for House Heraldry! We’d love to share your stories!

If you would like to have your House Banner featured on our social media pages, tweet us a screenshot of your Banner along with a 2-3 sentence description of its significance or history by visiting @GOTConquest and using the #GOTCHeraldry hashtag!

We Value Your Feedback

We hope you’ve enjoyed this look into the month of January. If you like this preview or have opinions on how it could be improved, visit us on Discord and post your feedback!
